Easy variant. Two players.
Players make limit-agreement, and what to do. Player may do anything within opponent's limit.
Every player may stop game and pay forfeit to opponent (sum of forfeit - by agreement/ Sum of forfeit - is the limit of liability for this game).
Other variant - one of player make offer.
Conditions may be done such way to confuse opponent.
If there are controversy, role of judge may be added.
There are may be more than 2 players.
