In some countries 15 is ok (I've had a link once with the country legal age list). Now I am curious what is happening when a 16 years old boy meets a 15 year old girl: it is not considered illegal or like pedophilia due to the little difference between their ages (I was worried about it once when I was 19 and my gf 16, then heard it was ok).
