Very simple - after too much reading get dare forum, and time spent sitting on your lazy ass in front of the computer, you should have some physical exercise.

you post what exercise and how much person above must do and what is punishment for failing that.

eg. pullups - 20, 3 ballslaps for failure

more difficult variant: you must do ordered punishment for every repetition or minute short of goal

Help person below by stating what exercise equipment you have at hand.
no exercise equipment? you can allways do pushups, situps, squats, running on the spot etc.

i have weights and pullup bar for exercise
anal toys (dildo, buttplug), impact items etc.

i will try to better everyone, including punishments if not against my limits :P

You have to poop on a plate, or any surface you like, and then get in a pushup position with your head directly over top of it. do 50 sit ups then 50 jumping jacks. then 40 push ups then 40 jumping jacks. then 30 push ups and 30 jumping jacks. then 20 push ups and 20 jumping jacks. then 10 push ups and jumping jacks. You have 15 minutes to complete. If you fail message me for punishment

try the 7 minute workout on youtube naked (new york times). you must edge at least 3 times in the 10 second breaks in between exercise. if you succeed you can orgasm at the end. If not, 3 days till you can orgasm again.
