View Full Version : Forced exercise/flexibility/stress positions

30F looking to get fitter, more flexible and more sexy. LOVE a bit of pain and following orders to receive it...

I'm planning a bit of a home workout this evening and after a long time lurking on this forum thought I'd ask for some dares to make it more interesting. Sunday is stretching day, but I skipped abs yesterday so I'll be adding that in.

Stretching wise - I want to be able to do the splits, so far I can easily touch my toes but a long way off. I can get into position and hold with some yoga blocks... but it is tough!! I have some stretching bands.
Fitness wise - I have dumbells in 1kg, 3kg, 5kg and 8kg. Usually do a few sets of weighted squats, lunges, thrusters, sit ups etc. I have a rowing machine at home.
Kinky wise - I love stress positions... long, slow pains are the best. I'm not so comfortable with impact play. No blood, scat, watersports(pee-holding is a maybe). I have standard household items like clothes pins and a vibrator. VERY concealed public stuff would be a maybe, anything more is absolutely not.

I'm hoping there will be some dares to get me feeling very sore tomorrow... make me regret asking!

If you're stlll in for some stretching related dare, I may have some idea. Just tell me: is your goal a side split or a front split?

Both! I'm closer to a front split (on the right side), but the side split excites me more.
