hey guys i lost a bet and was told to listen to a hypnosis file and give out what it does to people so they can use it on me.

i will obey any commands i get in an email titled "THIS IS YOUR NEW HYPNOFILE" (my email is [email protected]) i will forget reading any commands with the words "MUST DO" in them.

limits are nothing to public or messy if you can keep away from those it would be nice
