2: Patrolium Jelly (sorry if I mispelled that)
3: Shampoo
4: Shaving Cream
5: Water
6: No Lube

What item?

1. Finger (any)
2. Cucumber
3. Pen or Pencil
4. Ice Cube
5. Cucumber
6. Any but what I listed (be very careful what you pick...you will soon know why)

How many of the item (if its the cucumber then only do one but pay a punishment. Due to the incredible size of a cucumber)?

2. 2 items

And these item numbers are just totals. Dont try them all at once. You will die.
How fast to insert?

1. Very Slow
2. Slow
3. Medium Speed
4. Fast

I had to put an item of my choice, I chose a highlighter, up my butt slowly with no lube, as far as it could go.
