Here's a punishment idea that we came up with for a game that anyone could do.
Start by picking a number of days/flips. This can be by rolling a die or 2 or random number. The more days the harder it will be.
Basically, you keep flipping every morning until you get all heads and your odds improve everyday.
Say you get a 5.
Your game starts by flipping a coin 5 times on day 1. If you get 5 heads you get to orgasm. If you get any tails you have to wait until the next day and reduce the number by one. (Day 2 you only would do 4 flips for better odds)
When you are down to 1 flip you keep going until you get a head. Tails you keep going with one coin flip.
