CUSTOM - once you change out of your leaking diaper and are wearing a clean one. Put the dirty diaper in the corner (in an embarrassing place if you can(garage/shed)), set a 15 min timer on your phone, and put your nose in the couch of the diaper.

You're to keep your nose touching that diaper for 15 min straight. If you get tired and lift up your face, you have to start over.

Having done this before, my suggestion is to just lay face down in your own mess. It's really really hard to maintain that kneeling position for 15 min straight :P

CUSTOM - While you are wearing diapers, you need to stay hydrated.

Measure out everything you drink in a day. At least 75% of everything you drink has to be water. You must drink at least 4 liters of liquids everyday day.

If by the time you go to bed, you haven't drank all 4 liters of liquid(at least 3 of which needs to be water) immediately ask Daddy for a punishment(feel free to kik me for one if needed)
