I'm SURE this has been suggested before but I was struck by inspiration when I went to go piss and had left a glass on the toilet lid.
So you close your toilet lid and put a tall glass on there. That glass can only be lifted with piss in it. So when you need to piss you have to piss in the glass. If it leaves the toilet seat it must be pouring into your mouth. Then once it's empty it goes back on the lid. So you're going to be drinking a lot of your own piss. Maybe you can get some out while you're drinking it... maybe not haha.
