Prepare sheet with 24 cells
Write time segments in every cells
(00:00 - 00:59), (01:00 - 01:59) ... (23:00 - 23:59)
Rules of dare:
1) When you orgasm write cross in cell with matching time range. For example if you cum at 2:30 - mark cell (02:00 - 02:59)
2) You are not allowed to get orgasm within time segment you already marker until dare completed
3) Dare completed when you mark all segments
For breaking rule 2, you get 10 minutes of cornertime daily until dare finished. Every time you break rule, add 10 minutes to daily cornertime.

Time limits - lower and upper (number of days)
For example lower limit 1 month
If you have lower limit, dare can't be finished until you 1 month passed. If all cells are crossed, you are under denial
If you have upper limit 1 month, it means you should complete dare within 1 month. or less. For failing it, you will get denial for number of days you delayed completion multiplied by 2.
