I’ve long been interested in pet play and have been wondering about ways to look more pet like. I’ve had a few ideas but haven’t really had an opportunity to try most of them. Looking for advice and ideas!

A few ideas I’ve thought about

1)body paint
Make your pet into a colourful masterpiece! Paint them with a pattern so they have a “coat”. (Be wary, some paints even body paints contain chemicals that may cause allergic reactions!)

2)ornaments
Attach bells and decorations to a pets collar, clamps or piercings. This will remind pet of its place and also passively provide pleasure to pet. Extra fun around the holiday season!

3)stamps
I know I know, who even has these anymore. At least they should be cheap to find at a thrift store! I’m talking scrapbooking stamps, ones where you dip in ink to press a pattern. Make a cute trail of paw prints or whatever you wish to decorate your pet with!

Any further ideas are greatly appreciated

Some new ideas I’ve gathered from chat and other dares

4) glitter. Pretty self explanatory but make your pet sparkle! The only downside to it is the clean up

5) mud. Not a traditional decoration but everyone knows most pups like to play in the mud. Let your pet endulge their primal nature and roll around in a wet mud patch. Bath time might be required which can also be an experience ;)

The bells idea is quite a horny one, so the bell would ring every time I moved and remind me I’m owned

The problem with collars is that sometimes you don’t want to be seen, particularly by certain folk. Here are a couple diy easily concealable collar ideas

1) the cheater way out is simply a necklace

2) make a paperclip chain and connect it into a circle to make a collar. Unclip one and put in pocket/bag when need to hide it

3) ribbon tied with a quick release knot, pull one end to instantly untie

4) hide collar of whichever kind under a sweater or neck gator

It’s the holidays and many of us are at home so why not decorate your pet festively! A few ideas

1) red ribbon is a classic, either as restraint or decoration
2) hang jingle bells either on clamps or just tied on with string
3) have your pet string popcorn &/or cranberries and then tie it around them. They can be teased as they work or you could use the popcorn strands to reinforce good pet obedience (such as looping it snugly around the thighs or bottoms of the feet so that if the pet wants to sit or walk normally they’ll break the popcorn, thus alerting their owner to its misbehavior)
4) have the pet wear a wreath

These are some really neat ideas. Another option in place of the collar could be to use a harness around the shoulders and chest. Easy enough to hide under most clothing, while still being a constant reminder.
