I would advise to go to your local pound land, dollar land or your equivalent and just see what you can find that looks like it'd be the right sort of size for the job, there will be plenty of options.

Cucumber, banana etc. But if you mean fill your ass for some time, you can use some fruits as strawberry or grapes. I tried peeled banana. I same time I fill my ass with three peeled banana. For better insertion you can do enema or freeze for a while banana. After fill you can do some excersize for more fun. For remove is it same as shit.

May I suggest you look in the toy section of any store. You are looking for anything that is rocket shaped or pool toys that can be inserted.
I use Butt plugs of course.
Reusable ice tubes for drinking bottles. These can also be frozen and used for cold play in your butt.
Cucumbers (I love the ones with bumps on them)
I suggest you always keep your tush cleansed and well lubed.
that way you are ready for anything. Like seeing a fence post that looks like it would fit. hehe
