RULES
Anyone that joins the thread will be a peasant.
There is one Ruler, and they will decide the rules the peasants of the thread must follow.
When I announce a new Ruler, I will also announce a partially concealed task. If the peasants collectively complete the task, a revolution will occur, and the current ruler will be overthrown. You will always know what the task is, but never exactly how much you need to do.
The person that completes the task is the new ruler, and may make their own set of rules. Alternatively, they may choose someone else that helped in the revolution to be the new ruler.
A Ruler may, but does not have to, assign punishments to any individual that has attempted to revolt.



SO I'M THE RULER, WHAT NOW?
Whatever you want! Keep in mind:


You may only have 3 rules in place at any one time.
No rule may prevent a revolution. A rule may make a revolution harder, but not impossible. Eg. if the revolution requires spanking, you may require all spanks to be done naked, but you may not ban spanks altogether.
No ruler may rule for more than a week. If you have not been overthrown by that time, your term will expire and a new ruler will be chosen at random.
Everyone is eyeing your throne. Be a gentle ruler, and hope the peasants like you too much to revolt, or try to crush the coming revolution by force.
If a peasant does not follow your rules, you may throw them in the Dungeons.



THE DUNGEONS
So you've got a mad ruler that wants everyone to run around naked, flapping their arms like a chicken? If you cannot follow one of a Ruler's rules, you may have yourself thrown in the dungeons. When in the dungeons, you do not have to follow any rules, but you also may not help with a revolution. You are essentially on a break from the thread. If too many people are in the dungeons at once, the ruler's kingdom will collapse and a new ruler will be chosen randomly.

The constitution does not include language revoking the effects of rules upon cessation of sovreignity, and thus the plaintiff's title should persist indefinitely, notwithstanding future rules or punishments.

That's quite a case, but I see a small flaw in it: This isn't a democracy.

You don't have to go to the Dungeon, you can just be a loyal citizen that doesn't revolt, assuming none of Hazel's rules are a limit. :)

An alternate task is an idea I'll have to think about, but really, this is all about teamwork. If you can't do cornertime, you can still provide moral support to the peasants that can!

Well, I did a couple of minutes, but then the plumber came downstairs, so I had to stop.

Then I had a proper go. I quickly realised that I haven't done this on a hard floor before. I'm probably around 17 stone, so there is a lot of pressure on my feet. Oops. About 6 minutes in I started to wobble a bit, and then at 8 minutes it really started to suck. It isn't possible to stand still for me. Part of the fun of stress positions is the little dance of shuffling to try to make it suck less. It seemed easier if I imagined a hot predicament scenario (I've never done something like this without motivation...). Maybe nipple clamps tied to ceiling, or a whip about to hit me if I wavered...

I stopped at 15 minutes. It had started to hurt a lot, but I'm pretty sure I could have done a lot more with motivation. I would have hit a point where I'd have started having to touch the ground with my heels eventually, but it was probably 10 or 15 minutes away.

If I'd pushed myself really far I'd have probably ended up breaking and needing hugs and stuff.

Was this a trick to punish me? :-)

I did ask if I'd been too mean, but I wasn't allowed to know the exact time.

The numbers are lower than they would be otherwise. :) I'm assuming that the ruler is going to make it a royal (hehe) pain to complete a revolution, so the numbers are lower to make sure it's still doable.

Is your first rule after every word, or merely before someone starts writing? If it's after every word, then keep in mind that even if the number was as low as 10, that would still require writing 2010 words.

That being said, I think I'm going to not interfere on this one. If the peasants find it totally undoable, that's what the dungeons are for. Remember, if enough people are in the dungeons, the kingdom will collapse and a random ruler will be chosen, so if you start moving there, Kamita will basically have to ease up, or lose his throne anyway.

3. While we are in an animal theme for now anytime a member of the kingdom wants to pleasure themselves AFTER THEY HAVE ATTEMPTED TO REBEL they must spend 1 minute humping for ever 10 minutes of play they do

After hard working day ploughing through fields alone in this kingdom, I decided that enough is enough and people should get freed from the dungeon. And yes, my knees are perfectly fine, I only noticed it because I saw some blood on the floor...

as i was finally able to escape the dungeon, and as i was feeling really useless the last days i have to inform you, that i did a bad thing and started the revolution task.
