Sounding Help

So I'm looking for some help from others that have sounded. I've recently gotten into sounding and I'm trying to find a lube that is good for it and safest to use. Appreciate all comments in this since I'm still pretty new to all this... Thanks for commenting!

Above is a blog about our recent first time experience. I highly recommend using a sterile lube to make sure everything stays clean and safe.

Thanks for the info! I have one metal sound now that I’ve been using just trying to decide on getting a set.
