making one doesn't seem hard to do... if you have the right stuff to work with... I've seen scenes where a Sawsaw(sp?) was used. The blades removed and a rod put in place with a dildo attached to the rod. Well for a really simple explanation you would take some kind of motor that is usually belt driven, something similar to one that's on a drill press, band saw etc. You then put a plate on the end of the motor to give you a wider surface to attach to. You then connect a rod to the plate with a bolt or pin and you position the motor so that it spins perpendicular to the floor. This allows the rod to go forward and back then all you do is attach a dildo to the end and your good to go.
