Blog Comment Notifications

I think I mentioned this a while ago but I can't remember.

When someone posts a comment on your profile, you get a little notification (top right). Just wondered if it'd be possible to do this for when someone posts a comment on your blog too?

Yes, but if it's simple to do, it's be nice to get a notification.

I think if you subscript to your own blog it will do this via e-mail for you. Interesting idea though, I'll look into it.
