You should edge through your panties 10 times between peeing.
You should keep hydrated, drink 1/2 litre a hour, every hour your awake.


Public dare, take 2L of water with you.
Be needing a pee when you leave, walk atleast mile away from home, and then drink your water.
Dont start the return walk home until youve drank the water and edged 5 times.
