Okay, set a time limit for how long you need to do the homework- say 1-2 hours. Then phone a friend and invite them to come over at whatever time it is after that number of hours.

Now get naked and either lock your clothes away or put them somewhere you can't easily get to, you cannot get dressed until you have finished the homework, so you'll have to have it done within the time limit.
