4. Go Commando all day
5. Your Underwear must stay on all day
6. The 14 second rule applies for peeing formales your cock must go back after 14 seconds for females your panties must go back up just hope you have finished.

Just to get yjis moving I stated om Thursday with mess yourself but for sanother dare I was in female panties/
I keep trying but I never needed to poop so I extented it to yesterday keeping the same panties on

I wish I had not as I really fid a lot and filled them

I emptied it into the toilet and needed plenty of toilet paper to clean up unfortunately I blocked the toilet anf was in trouble with my wife.
