Laziness punishment required

Hello Over the last several months, I have been spending far too much time on line / down the pub, and not keeping up with paperwork etc for work. I need some punishment to encourage me to catch up. and realize that there could be consequences for my laziness even at my age


i will agree to take the most suggested punishment , either as a self punishment or from someone near south London..gulp...
