Have your slave take a 10-15 minute shower, then don't have him/her dry up when he/she is done. Instead, have your slave go outside with just a towel on or naked if you wish. Set a time limit for how long your slave must be outside for.
Be smart about the going outside part you masters/mistresses. If it is very cold, don't have them out there for long or even not at all. Just be smart about it. Judge appropriately please.
I hope this is a good punishment. Heck, this can even be a dare.
