Things you'll need.

2 dice
You'll start out each with five articles of clothing.
Each player will roll a dice. 1-6 die
After each roll the player with the lowest number can chose either to remove an article and prove it or take a dare that does not include removal of clothing.
If the loser cannot perform the dare they lose two articles.
First player nude will have to perform two dares nude for the winner.
