Time for an update.

So I got into the gear at 08:00 yesterday. My plan was to try and keep it on overnight which should break the back of the time. I got hot and sweaty within about 15 minutes - way faster than I had thought. I deliberately kept away from porn or the internet and tried watching TV, but sweat kept dripping into my eyes and I was soon sat in a pool of sweat.
