But I need a costume... So something I can overnight or an idea I can do.

Something sexy though, nothing ugly or humiliating.

Lots of horror movies start with a girl in her pyjamas or nightie, why not just pick the skimpiest/sexiest nightie or pyjamas you have. Maybe cut a small knife hole in the stomach areas and make it look like you’ve been stabbed.

You’re choice, the hole doesn’t have to be to big, soak it with ketchup to make it look bloody. No girl I know wears a bra to bed, so if you want riskier no bra and maybe make a small slash diagonal across the chest from above one breast to below the other . Risk of accidentally flashing but not guarenteed. Maybe make it two small slashes keeping the middle together so there’s less risk of flashing.
