I need High Heel Punishments

I need punishments that involve me wearing my 5 inch high heels, if your punishment if chosen i have to send you a picture of me wearing the shoes (just my feet and shoes in photo) plus a report of it.

We can help you choose but if you want to choose yourself that's fine, just make sure it's sexy and has lots of moving in it ;p.
