right so i'm thinking in the Truth or Dare Stories there should be more of a division between fiction and non-fiction stories other then "fiction" or "non-fiction" written in the title which sometimes isnt even done. Partially cause i prefer reading the non fiction stories yet so many are fiction that its hard to find any non fiction ones. If this has been brought up before i apologise. Does anyone else think the same thing?

What if a story falls under part-fiction, part-non fiction?

There already is a division into fiction and non-fiction stories, albeit at the discretion of the author via the title. I have not really had much trouble determining which is which.

Even then they serve as indicators and the categories can contain varying degrees of the mix throughout the story. Some start as fiction then progress to non fiction etc.

Fenric made a good point some contain elements of fiction and non-fiction.
