FIRST TO 35 VOTES LOSES!

Loser gains 16 months of Chastity added to their duration, as well as conditions based on who loses:

Kai - Anytime Otter gains chastity, Kai gains the chastity duration as well.
Otter - Otter gains double chastity durations for 1 month.

In addition to this, the winner is freed from their current chastity duration, and can give one task/punishment/etc to the loser of their choice for any duration within the loser limits.

Well, I did some looking around after reading this, and I wouldn't worry, both of them have chastity in their top two likes. :p

Then again, only Kai has chastity as number 1, so if you're worried about the loser's suffering, Kai is clearly more likely to enjoy it, so that's where your vote should go. ^^

chastity or no chastity, loser must edge 10 times per day, no more then 30 seconds from 1 edge, to re-starting stimulation for next edge. Must eat any pre-cum that oozes out. If accidental orgasm, must post a punishment thread that remains open for at least 3 days.

Winner must follow same rules as above, only he only has to edge 5 times per day.
