You say to leave the paste on for 15 minutes. Did you mean that we should continuously scrub with the brush for fifteen minutes. Pauses of no more than 10 seconds allowed for adding paste / water.

Is the ice bath an alternative? Is it an option?

I assume you intended the patient to be naked rather than nude. There is a difference.

In a previous time I found that using the large toothpaste tube was better than using a spoon. The tube is slower but had more mass. The effect is more like a thud than a snap or slap. Is this a acceptable alternative?

2. I did mean that you scrub with the tooth brush. If the tooth brush is too much you are free to use a cloth.
3. You can use whatever brush you want. I know using your current tooth brush is too much for people. I am also not requiring you to use it afterwards. It could be a cheap an inexpensive addition to your toy box. I also offer the option of using a cloth if a tooth brush is not available to you. If you want to use the brush afterwards, the choice is yours.
4. You do not have to continuously scrub with the brush. That was merely the application. The 15 minutes starts once you are coated in tooth paste.
5. Anything outside of what I wrote is your choice. If you choose to be creative and add gloves, go for it. I also did not give any touching limits so again the choice is yours there.

I started much later than I expected. It was quite late when I finished and so I am reporting the event today. I hope I have not forgotten too much. You are welcome to ask questions.

Step 1 ... Cleaning...
I applied a generous amount of Close Up Cinnamon Blast to my penis and scrotum. I am told that this brand has more Heat than any other. I thought that I had squirted out enough, but added some additional to cover a spot on the back side of the scrotum. I set a timer and scrubbed vigorously for 15 minutes.
It did not take very long for the paste to begin to dry out. I thought about adding water. But that was not in the instructions. I thought perhaps you, a nurse, knew that this would happen and so was expecting to read about the happening. This would be a way to determine if the deed was actually done. The mess was quite dry and sticky by halftime.
I could have better planed he time for different areas to be scrubbed so the scrubbing was more effective vdnly distributed. There was quite a drag in the hairy areas. By the end my penis was sorer than I expected.
There was less heat from the toothpaste than I expected. I think it needs water to really activate.

Step 2 ... The Ice Bath...
I had prepared a flexible bowl with a little more than half full of ice before I started. I filled it up with water and while in the shower emersed my penis and scrotum. The flexibility of the bowl made this easy. There was expected overflow from the emersion and some additional overflow because of the instability of the bowl. But I was able to keep emersed for my planned 5 minutes.

Step 3 ... Strength Test ...
I used a wooden spoon as the stethoscope. 53 smacks were done in various directions to my penis. There were 3 extra due to either not hard enough or partially hitting my hand. I did not expect to be hard after this and the ice water soak. So the extra 10 strokes were delivered to the glands area. At this phase I discovered that I am not the masochist that I thought I was.
