Like the title says, this dare is a dice dare that lasts the entire day. Simply roll a D6 for each time.
Do not use the bathroom or eat unless the roll tells you to
First, the night before set an alarm for 6:00 in the morning
6:00 AM (Wake Up Time)
1. Wake up but do not get dressed
2. Wake up and get dressed
3. Wake up and get dressed in the opposite gender's clothes
4. Wake up but do not get dressed
5. Wake up and get dressed
6. Wake up and do not get dressed
7:00 AM (Early Morning)
1. Have breakfast
2. Take a shower
3. Go for a run
4. Take off your current clothes and change into your normal clothes
5. Go to the bathroom
6. Drink 500 mL of water
8:00 AM (Morning Time)
1. Reply to 2 "person above" dares on GetDare
2. Watch some TV
3. Put on a pair of nipple clamps ( or something similar ) for 30 minutes
4. Go to the bathroom
5. Go outside for 30 minutes ( still in your current clothes )
6. Reply to 1 "person above" dare on GetDare
9:00 AM (Relaxing Time)
1. Watch more TV
2. Drink 1L of water
3. Eat some small snack
4. Go to the bathroom
5. PM 5 people on GetDare asking for something to do
6. Go shopping for 30 minutes ( still in your current clothes )
10:00 AM ( Mid Morning )
1. Take a shower
2. Take a cold bath
3. Drink 1L of water
4. Wear a gag for 20 minutes
5. Go for a small run
6. Use the bathroom
11:00 AM ( Clothing Change )
1. Change into normal clothes
2. Change into old clothes
3. Change into opposite gender's clothing
4. Change into PJ's
5. Change into normal clothes
6. Do not change clothes
12:00 PM ( Lunch Time )
1. Go out for lunch at a sit-down restaurant
2. Eat a small sandwich
3. Eat a big lunch at your house
4. Sucks to be you, no lunch
5. Go to a fast food restaurant
6. Go to a convenience store and get lunch there
1 PM ( Pain Time )
1. Wear nipple clamps for the 1 hour
2. Sprinkle rice on some duct tape, and then tie it on your legs
3. Do any pain dare on GetDare
4. Drink 1L of water
5. Wear nipple clamps for 30 minutes
6. Do 2 pain dares on GetDare
2 PM ( Bladder Control )
1. Go to the bathroom
2. Drink 1L of water
3. Drink 500 mL of water
4. Do not drink anything, but no bathroom for 2 hours
5. Drink 2L of water over the next 2 hours
6. Relieve yourself, in your clothing
2:30 PM ( Clothing Change )
1. Change into a T-Shirt and jeans
2. Simply wear 3 pairs of underwear
3. Keep your current clothes on
4. Change into a garbage bag dress ( look it up if unsure what it is )
5. Keep your current clothes on
6. Change into a T-Shirt and shorts
3:00 PM ( Afternoon )
1. Watch TV
2. Eat a small snack
3. Go to the bathroom
4. Take a shower
5. Go for a run
6. Sit in the corner for 30 minutes
4:00 PM ( Late Afternoon )
1. Eat a large snack
2. Tie your hands behind your back for 1 hour
3. Drink 1L of water
4. Use the bathroom
5. Take a cold bath
6. Wear a gag for 30 minutes
5:00 ( Dinner Time )
1. Go out for dinner at a sit down restaurant
2. Do not eat dinner
3. Eat a salad
4. Eat a sandwich
5. Eat dinner at a fast food restaurant
6. Eat a steak or something similar
6:00 ( More pain )
1. Wear nipple clamps for 30 minutes
2. Wear a gag for 30 minutes
3. Give yourself 100 spanks
4. Give yourself a cold bath
5. Wear nipple clamps for 20 minutes
6. Drink 500 mL of water
7:00 ( Evening )
1. Go to the bathroom
2. Have a small snack
3. Go for a late run
4. Watch a movie
5. Sit in the corner for 1 hour
6. PM someone and ask what to do
8:00 ( Bedtime )
1. Go to sleep in a bathtub
2. Go to sleep on the floor
3. Go to sleep in a shower
4. Go to sleep on your normal bed
5. Go to sleep without blankets
6. Go to bed on the floor
Punishments: If you failed to complete a roll, here's what you have to do
1. PM me for a punishment
2. PM someone random for a punishment
3. PM one of your friends for a punishment
4. PM me for a punishment

6. You must remove one of your limits for 3 days
