I just got some new Diapers last night and put one on for comfort. Yet when I woke up this morning...I was all wet. I think I need to be punished.

Dare me to accept a punishment before bed to teach me a lesson. (or even encourage me to wear more diapers.)

Drink an extra glass of water before bed and stick your hand in a bowl of warm water while you sleep. Wear panties to bed, you also wear diapers over them if you want. You aren't allowed to leave your bed to go to the bathroom overnight.

Fun little rule to add :3
When you wake up if your diaper is wet you must immediately take it off, swap it out for your pillow and bury your head in it till you are done laying in bed and finally get up.
Face right in the lovely wet patch, laying for a minimum of 5 minutes (idk how busy/lazy your mornings are)

Of course this won't be a problem if you are able to not wet yourself like a big girl :P
