The loser must edge the difference between the number of votes each person got every day while they are a skype slave. The winner can increase this number or tell the loser who to do them if they want to

There is no real incentive to vote for either. So here is a suggestion to make it more appealing.
Loser is being stripped and humiliated (naked for all to see on kink talk or swim wear on getdare).
