Malware Bytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) Download, Install and scan (full scan) with it. It'll clear it.

If the virus stops you installing it you can use:
NOD32 Online Scanner (http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/) You must use Internet Explorer for this.

If again that doesn't work then you'll have to use this:
Avira Rescue CD (http://www.free-av.com/en/tools/12/avira_antivir_rescue_system.html)

You'll need another PC to burn this to CD and boot off it in your PC. It'll bypass all of windows so the virus will not stop it working no matter what it does.
