Ok, let's start of getting the heart pumping!
1. Do 15 push ups
2. Do 15 situps
3. Do 15 star egles
4. Do 50 push ups
5. Do 50 push ups
6. Do 50 star eagles
You will both do these and if one of you fail to do the task then do a punihment at the end of the page!
Ok now that we have the heart pumping let's do some possable nutidy!
You will each think of a number from one to twenty and write it on a piece of paper! Then if your oppement guesses if he/she gets it wrong then they must *roll the dice
1. Remove socks
2. Remoive socks&shoes
3. Remove socks&shoes&pants
4. Remove*socks&shoes&pants&shirt
5. Remove *socks&shoes&pants&shirt&jacket
6. Strip naked
Must stay this way untill dare compleded^
