Maybe the names of the
'Dares' section and 'TorD Section'
could be changed to
giveDares and getDares, or something along those lines might reduce the amount of threads in the wrong section. Just an idea.

I must say this is a really good idea but you are forgetting one key thing, TorD is also for truths. New members may get confused so maybe have like
Give Dare
Give Truth
Get Dares and Truths

I like this idea. Plus, it'd be really easy to do. It's just name changing and would take all of, 3 minutes at most? Not even that?

I agree with the idea that things need renaming. However:

giveDares would be for the dare section: fine.
getDares would be the TorD section...and if you're going to 'get dares', then people also need to 'give dares' in this section.

If you didn't get that, just read it a few times till you do :P
May not matter, but may still cause confusion as a result.

This is an interesting idea but I am doubtful it would work. I think you massively overestimate the intelligence of many of these people. I get idiots regularly asking for dares on the new "Submit A Truth or Dare (http://www.getdare.com/contribute.php)" page (a very clear page that makes it almost impossible to screw up anything).

And i think it is fair to say that if people dont read the rules then they are obviously breaking the rules which should result in probation.
