This one can be for guys or girls. You need to wear underwear that is tight so either whitey-tighties, briefs, or ladies underwear. Then take a piece of candy or food, but something solid that won't melt too bad. and wedge it in your underwear. For the guys, wedge it between your penis and you balls. Now, go the whole day with it there. If you can, try to work up a good sweat at some point. (go to the gym, jogging....) At the end of the day, take it out and eat it.
Other variations could be:
- take it out it public and eat it with someone watching
- put something like a heresy's kiss in there so it just makes a big mess
- put the candy in you butt crack instead
- Put Chocolate in you but crack so as it melts a brown stain slowly works its way through your pants.
