You don't want to try to get all the way on the first try... but instead just see how far you can easily go and stay like that for a few minutes. I didn't use it, but yoga is really helpful just look online for so positions. It is a little easier to lay on your back and then curve the bottom of your back on to a wall or something... Sorry I am bad at giving tip and such.

Hmm you can do sports. A month of martial arts or yoga (or ballet maybe:) ) should do the trick. I think half of the guys can do it even if they are medium size. At least to reach the top. But probably the skinny ones have better success.
