- I actually had a condition called tethered cord syndrome, where my spinal cord wasn't as flexible as it should be, which led to problems surround incontinence and urination and so forth. 1. Well the beach is never bad, but where I live, the coast is usually cloudy/rainy, foggy, and always cold.
