I think we guys should get a bit more respect for women.
I have done this myself, and I really respect them girls right now.
You will have to wear the following:
Panties, bra (C or D cup), dress, high heels and to top it off, two plastic bags filled with rice that perfectly fit in the bra cups (as if they were breasts).
Like this go about your chores in house, but it is forbidden to lay down at any point during the day.
You will certainly feel how heavy it is to have breasts, especially when you are working. If you want to make it even harder you could go sporting like running on a tredmill and feel your back succumb under the weight.
