View Full Version : FORCED EXERCISE- Push me past my limit!!

Hey, GetDare! So the thing is I've had a few goals for a long time now that are just out of reach, but I've never been able to make myself stay motivated long enough to get to them. I figured since I'm on here so much, I might as well make it into a positive thing! :D

The goals that seem totally doable with consistency are: the 540 Kick, Back Handspring, and Muscle-up. There are so many others, but if I want to get anywhere I need to focus. I think even this is too much, but I don't want this to get stale so variety is good.


BASICALLY...

The idea is, I'll have a list of exercises/stretches that go with each trick, along with a limit next to each. You guys can force me to do these exercises by commenting with ONE exercise you want me to do with however many reps.

Gentlemen may only comment once a day.

Ladies may comment as many times as they want, but only if someone else has commented since their last.

I might regret this, but PLEASE give me the push I need! :)





The Choices
(If you guys know of or can find any others I'm open to adding options!)

1.) 540 Kick:
-Tornado Kicks (Max. 10)
-Roundhouse Slow Extensions (Max. 20)
-Pistol Squats (Max. 5)
-Leg Stretch Routine (Once a day, don't want to overstretch!)

2.) Back Handspring:
-Macaco (Max. 15)
-Bridge Repetitions (Max. 10)
-Wall Walk-downs (Max. 20)
-Assisted Walkover (Once a day, I really hate doing these...)

3.) Muscle-up:
-Pull-ups (Max. 5)
-"Dips", the top part of the move (Max. 10)
