You will need: a shot glass.
The rules:
You must stand at arm's length from the toilet
You must have you pants and panties/underwear down to your ankles
You must do it in public (work, class, or somewhere without a change of clothes)
Recommended when you *really* need to go
How it goes:
You must empty yourself by filling the shot glass, stopping the stream, and pouring it to the toilet. Repeat until done :)
The hard part is to stop so many times when you really need to go, and to not let it overflow or it'll go on your clothes, which you have to wear afterwards.
