No Sorry
I created the explanation for the background behind "no sorry" rule that my pet has to follow --in my blog-- (http://www.getdare.com/bbs/blog.php?b=78542).

I got a lot of reactions (which I like).
From the reactions I got the feeling people did not quite "feel" the deeper meaning of a "no sorry" rule.

By no way "not saying sorry" is an excuse to be rude or not to take responsibility for what was done.
The "no sorry" rule:
- enforces to "think" about the issue that lead to believe a "sorry" was appropriate
- allows to recognize that often a "sorry" is not needed because whatever happened was not your fault.
Still some nice comment (like: it's very unfortunate this happened, let me help you) can be made, but one does not have to feel sorry.
- enforces to "really" apologize when really something had been done wrong
(like: Oh, i hurt you, is there anything I can do to make up?).

Since from the comments on my blog it's clear this was not always understood.....

I DARE YOU......do not say "sorry" for a week (also no equivalents)
- but don't be an asshole
- Think about what you should say any time you feel you wanted to say "sorry"

post your experience in this thread
No punishment for if you fail, the dare is about the experience

================
And just for you to know:
- The "no sorry" rule is an enforced rule for my pet, she gets punished if she violates.
- The "no sorry" rule also holds for me, I never said it in past few years.
