Wear a crotch rope for six hours and do not touch yourself for the duration of the time. Preferably when you have not cum for a while before hand. You can wear it under your clothes or wear only it in your spare time. I would suggest not sleeping in it because circulation can get cut off and what not if you did not tie it properly.
