Sleep (maybe nap) in a sitting dangling wedgie.

Sleep in a front and rear bra connection wedgie. (Shoulder works if you prefer no bra)

If your up to getting minimal sleep, try sleeping in a full on hanging wedgie. (Don't try unless you have a lot of experience in hangings!)
Or do a hanging for 30 minutes before bed. Then get down, and find a way to keep your panties stretched as far as they were when hanging. (The front and rear bra connection should do the trick)

Here are two I've been given in the past.

This one scared me, I used to do a bit of cam, and I had my skype on auto answer, I slept naked only with a blackout mask on so I could get some sleep, and told everyone on my Skype. The next morning I'd had 17 different callers who saw me naked. I was so wet instantly when I realised.

Second, as everyone else is giving you wedgie dares, I'll go with clothes pegs on your nipples. 1 on each nipple. If they come off you have to replace with 2. Etc.
