What you need:
1 pair of underwear with fly hole
2 hard straight objects (like pen or screwdriver)
What you do:
1. Put 1 hard straight object in one leg hole and out the other. Rotate in one direction till you can't anymore.
2. Put the other hard straight object in the fly hole and out the waist hole. Rotate in one direction till you can't anymore.
3. Pull up as hard as you can on the one going through the fly and waist holes, giving yourself a Melvin wedgie in the tightened underwear.
