First time self bondage

Hey guys so I found some rope and stuff that I can use for self bondage, I am very new to it and just started looking into it today mostly. I made 4 loop knots in four pieces of rope and was planning on doing spread eagle on my bed. I would love some ideas to go with this and any others such as what to do what to wear maybe some toothpaste on my balls or something maybe balls tied upon wearing panties or a combination or any other ideas.
Also I really wanna try a hogtie but need some advice so please drop a link or some personal advice ill be trying this out tonight after I finish mowing yards so maybe you don't want me to shower or something gross like that, thank you and have a great day
