Set your phone background (not your lock screen) as the sexiest or most humiliating photo of yourself that you own. Leave it for a week.
I say the background and not the lock so not everyone that picks up your phone sees it. But the risk that someone you lend your phone to might is there.
For a bit more risk, roll two dice. First decides how long it's set for and the second is how many people you must share your phone with in some way each day. Do you let them open their own apps or so you hand it over already loaded up
