Punishment for procrastination

I was assigned a 10 page essay for my government class at the beginning of December. I, being one of the Princes of Procrastination, decided to leave it till today. It is due tomorrow.

Now that you have a little background, what I'm looking for are dares/tasks that I can do while writing my essay and punishments for if I get distracted as I so often do.

It is worth noting that the only computer I can use is in the kitchen where my family will be able to see me. They don't know about my kinks and I don't plan on them finding out, so if you want me to do something obvious post it here and I will do it when I can.
