Wow, I can understand if they had charged the babysister even thoug hshe is also a minor, but how could they be so stupid as to charge an 8 year old. She was the one that was in charge and responsible for he childs safety.

Its always sexist, the girl always gets looked at first in court. Lets say a 14 year old boy had sex with a 15 year old girl. They look at the girl first, if your drunk or under 16 you can't consent to sex right? So that means she didn't consent. And so the if you have sex with someone without their consent its rape. Therefore the boy gets done for rape, when for all we know the boy got forced into it. Hardly fair huh?

i read some where there was a 17 year old boy how got charge in some southren statre thing it was gorgia that for some sex crime because he got oral for a 14 year old girl in a video and after she was done she move to the next boy and gave him oral and it was all consetnual
