i need some ideas

im a new master and i dont have to many ideas right now. can someone give me some ideas for punishment and or rewards. and i need some tips on how to be a good master. please comment.

PLease read the rules and stickies. This place is not for asking for ideas but to post some.

And, well, only advice I can give you is to read, observe ask questions and learn. That's the only way I know.

Perhaps start by having a look at the Threads of Note (in my sig).

Hint: It's always best too to learn how to do something before trying your hand at it as well ;)
