What you will do is to strip off your clothes somewhere
outdoors, walk to the dare place about 50 steps away from
your clothes, tie your two ankles and one wrist using for
example a strong tape so that they can be opened only
by the only free hand (tie them to trees, roots or bushes) and
then lock up your free wrist by the ice-timer lock to a place where
you can't reach it with your other hand, and you can't get free
from it except for when it has melted. Then wait for the ice to
melt and you will be free.
To make the dare Ultimate however, you will need to spice it
up a bit! :sado:

Using tape you don't risk blocking the blood to your hands
and feet. Also, do it on a hot day to reduce the bondage time.
Make the ice-timer lock like this:
Take a rope and tie two big knots on it, one on each end.
Fill a big plastic cup with water and sink the two ends with
knots on them fully into the water and freeze it in the freezer.
Now you have a loop that will be "cut" when the ice has melted.
Use a small lock or handcuffs to attach your wrist to the loop.
Don't bring the key to the lock or handcuffs, it will not be
needed. It is easy to tape a loop to your wrist and make it
strong enough (maybe using rope too) so that you can attach
your wrist to the ice-timer. You can test before if you can
open it only using the force of the hand and arm that is tied
to the loop and strengthen it by more tape if it fails.
Transport the ice-timer lock in a plastic bag with more ice in it
so that it doesn't begin to melt too early!
Take care when choosing your dare place and don't fill in all
